Rose, a management professional with over thirty years executive management experience. Mission GARAI's mission is to improve the effectiveness and productivity of businesses in North America and the Caribbean, by improving their managerial operations, and in particular, by improving & enhancing the effectiveness of management/staff relations. Company Background The formation of GARAI was based on Dr. Rose's observations of management practices through his working experiences in the United States of America and the Caribbean. In the United States of America it was observed where so many entrepreneurs start businesses with scarce funding obtained through personal savings, loans, equity investments and various other sources, only to experience swift failure because of unbelievably weak management (and general) practices. Billions of dollars are wasted annually throughout the United States of America, because of business failures due to poor management. For some reason these failures tend to lean toward small and minority owned businesses. GARAI is committed to reversing this trend and in providing the services that will ensure business growth and success. Having directly experienced the operations of the North American business sector, the glaring need for improvements in the Caribbean context was borne out. Many economies in the Caribbean, especially in countries like Jamaica, are under severe pressure because both private and public businesses are incompetently managed.
